Question #1 - How long has your company been involved in property management?

Answer: Initially, we began as contract cleaners cleaning churches, schools, etc. In 1999, we moved the focus of our business to rental units. Following 2 years of developing our skills in this field we took on the role of property management in 2001.

Question #2 - How many units do you presently manage?

Answer: Presently we manage just over 40 rental properties, including luxury holiday homes and apartments in and around the Enniscrone area.

Answer: Our property management rental contract is all-inclusive. Our company provides a higher return on investment to our property owners. Our office hours are all year round from 9AM to 8PM 7 days a week. “We’re not just a voice on the phone”.

Answer: We use a local professional accountant for monthly reconciliation of all companies and accounts. This team is always available to help our customers with accounting questions if needs be. Our clients will be furnished on a quarterly basis with a detailed financial account.

Question #5 - How does owner occupancy work when we reserve our own units?

Answer: The only charge you will receive is for cleaning fees during your stay. We encourage our owners to use their property during the low season and to avoid holidays.

Answer: We have a great staff of people to handle minor maintenance issues. We also have a project manager on staff for troubleshooting larger issues like plumbing and electrical problems. We use the best sub-contractors for dealing with larger, more complex issues that may come to pass. We usually contact the owner if a needed repair is over €200.00.
