Availability
By keeping our reservations staff and marketing program updated we have been able to achieve the maximum bookings at key times of the year that are traditionally slow. Our reservations office is open from 9 AM to 8 PM to meet the needs of our owners and guests more efficiently. The busiest times in Enniscrone are the holiday seasons and we have learned to sacrifice those periods and take our holidays in April and November so that we are available at the right times.

By managing our own properties in Enniscrone we came to recognize that availability should be the key component of our system. To minimize inconvenience and to fix a problem, we need to have the right people available at the right time. Once, we had a pipe freeze and burst in one of our buildings. We had an immediate response on the holiday by our plumber and the carpet professional, which saved the day and allowed our guests the least inconvenience. In fact, our guests were quite impressed with how quickly we dealt with the problem especially on the holiday.

Our System
Our system includes details that are often ignored by other property management companies. There is a series of procedures that we developed to provide preventative maintenance and service checks to the rental properties to reduce any potential problems that may go wrong while our tenants are in house. We keep our properties in excellent condition at the lowest cost because of the team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers and landscapers that we put together. Our housekeeping teams are well trained with their weekly cleaning procedures.
